I am very excited to waitress part-time, but not excited to wear a tie.

I'm almost positive that Piper is so happy in my arms because she thinks I'm her dad.

Piper's Day at Oma's

Piper hung out at her grandma's (Oma) yesterday. There she is, just chilling.



And she may not be walking, but she can drink through a straw.




She had a great day with Oma, Aunt Quinci and Aunt Hana on Hana's 18th Birthday - Happy Birthday, Hana!

A Room With a View

Who would want to be a stay-at-home-when you're working from this beautiful office (or cube, whatever)?

I would!

As of July 17th, I will be home with Piper and am hoping to waitress a few shifts each week when either Ben or our family can take care of Piper. I'm extremely excited to be home and spending more quality time with Piper, but sad to say goodbye to my coworkers!

Ben Bueller's Days Off

We took a few days off this week to be with Piper and each other - just to relax. It was much needed and we enjoyed every second! Ben decided to use his PTO to be spectacular!

Ben watched Piper while I got a massage with one girlfriend Monday and again on Tuesday while I got a pedicure with another girlfriend.

Ben washed our exterior windows - which is something I never knew needed to be done.

Ben deep cleaned our house!
